Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Uphold and improve service standards in line with the restaurant's brand identity.
- Handle reservations, guest feedback, and operational issues with professionalism
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling and training needs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support event operations and liaise with kitchen and service teams for seamless execution
Requirements:
- min. 3 years of experience in a supervisor/assistant manager role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Service-oriented personality with excellent communication abilities (spoken & written English required, additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Passion for Italian food, wines and genuine hospitality
