About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Bar & Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team at WILD/FIRE in the Central Region. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the ongoing success of our brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
  • Oversee bar operations, ensuring mise en place, premixes, ingredients, desserts, and drinks are prepared and ready for service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and place timely orders to maintain product availability.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene standards in the bar and service areas.
  • Actively participate in service duties, ensuring prompt, friendly, and professional customer service.
  • Train, guide, and support staff to uphold consistency, quality, and brand standards.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar food & beverage role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
  • Willing to work evening shifts ending at 11pm
