About the role

We are seeking a young and motivated Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our popular restaurant located in the Novena Central Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual to take on a key supervisory position within our growing hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Co-Managing and supervising a team of waiting staff to ensure efficient and professional customer service
  2. Overseeing the preparation and presentation of hotpot dishes according to our high standards
  3. Monitoring restaurant floor and ensuring a smooth and seamless dining experience for our customers
  4. Handling customer queries and complaints in a courteous and timely manner
  5. Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a hotpot or Ma La Tang similar restaurant setting
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in handling cash and other financial transactions
  5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
  6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
