About the role

As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Chinese hotpot shop. This full-time position is responsible for supporting the Operation Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily activities, from staff management to customer service delivery.

Candidates with good performance will be promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager within a year

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting the Operation Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house and kitchen teams
  2. Overseeing the day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
  3. Ensuring exceptional customer service by monitoring floor activities and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
  4. Implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures to maintain high levels of food quality and presentation
  5. Providing training and development opportunities for the restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar supervisory role or relevant hospitality supervisory experience
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff
