About the role

As a Senior Service Crew , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our popular hotpot restaurant. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are passionate about delivering a memorable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanour
  2. Providing prompt and attentive table service, including taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, ensuring tables are set and cleared efficiently
  4. Assisting with food preparation and restocking tasks as needed
  5. Handling cash and processing payments accurately
  6. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer concerns or queries
  7. Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless and efficient dining experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  5. A team-oriented attitude and the willingness to collaborate with colleagues
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience
