About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Service Crew to join our team at Bing Chilling. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility, staff discounts and training will be provided. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting customers in a warm and welcoming manner
  2. Taking of orders
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
  4. Assisting with food preparation and stocking of supplies as needed
  5. Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  6. Adhering to health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment

What we're looking for

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service
  2. Ability to work well alone and in team settings, adaptable to changes quickly
  3. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  4. Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the hospitality or service industry is preferred
  5. Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends
