We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Service Crew to join our team at Bing Chilling. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility, staff discounts and training will be provided. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting customers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Taking of orders
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
- Assisting with food preparation and stocking of supplies as needed
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Adhering to health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
What we're looking for
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work well alone and in team settings, adaptable to changes quickly
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
