Looking for Night Shift staff x3 1130pm-0830am Duties/Description

  • Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at Changi

Airport.

  • Safely lift special needs passengers up/down and in/out of wheelchairs and

aircraft.

  • To identify passenger's name, flight information, date, and special service

request details, to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination.

  • Assist special needs passengers in transporting and claiming personal

belongings and baggage.

  • Attend to passengers' inquiries and provide passengers with an excellent

customer service experience.

  • Be compliant and adhere to SOP and safety standards.
  • Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write and converse in basic English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Adaptable to change and a good team player.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with walking long distances.
  • Training will be provided, no experience needed.
  • • May be required to do overtime (OT), when needed.
