About the role
Join the dynamic team at Guilin Garden Restaurant Pte. Ltd. as a full-time Service Crew. In this key customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Located in the Central and East Region, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the F&B industry.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and responding promptly to their requests
- Ensuring the dining area and tables are clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times
- Accurately processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or café setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
