Service Crew (Full-Time / Part-Time) | Jewel Changi Airport & Terminal 1

Locations: Jewel Changi Airport & Terminal 1

Salary Package: Up to SGD$3,200 (Basic Salary + Shift Allowance + Other Allowances) /monthly

Working Hours: 8 hours per shift. For Jewel: 9AM to 11PM (2 shifts) ; For T1: 24 hours (3 shifts)

Overtime: Applicable every hour after exceed 44 hours in weekly

Locations: Jewel Changi Airport & Terminal 1


Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet and serve customers with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Food Preparation & Operations

  • Heat up and prepare food items from the central kitchen according to company standards.
  • Ensure all food is served fresh and presented attractively.
  • Maintain the serving and food preparation areas in a clean, hygienic, and organized manner at all times.
  • Monitor food inventory and inform the manager when supplies need to be restocked.

Store Maintenance & Teamwork

  • Keep the dining area, counters, and floors clean and tidy to maintain a pleasant environment for customers.
  • Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, including cashing up and cleaning duties.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Be proactive in assisting with any additional tasks as directed by the manager to support the team.


Requirements:
  • Able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A friendly and service-oriented personality.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Relevant experience in the F&B industry is a plus, but not necessary.
