Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Paya Lebar, with some flexibility for remote work. We are seeking a highly driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate the JING brand.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, strategising, crafting, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This includes digital and offline initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Ideating, strategising, and generating engaging content tailored for various platforms and campaign types.
- Overseeing and managing our social media channels – primarily Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook – to ensure consistent voice, visuals, and engagement.
- Coordinating with design, operations, and leadership teams to maintain alignment across branding, promotions, and customer touchpoints.
- Linking and optimising multiple marketing tools and touchpoints including digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok), email marketing, WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, offline activations, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Tracking and reporting on key campaign metrics and KPIs to inform ongoing strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and market analysis.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation (written, visual, and video).
- Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and WhatsApp for Business.
- Experience in coordinating offline campaigns and partnerships (e.g. events, collaborations, brand activations).
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is highly desirable.
- A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
