[Marcomms] In this role, you will work with internal and external partners to develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies to support Workforce Singapore’s (WSG) overall objectives. You will need to conceptualise, plan, and execute marketing communications campaigns to drive publicity, awareness and understanding of WSG’s programmes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the outreach and promotion of the Enterprise Development Group’s key initiatives and programmes.
- Develop and execute integrated communications plans in line with WSG’s vision to reach out to enterprises through various media platforms.
- Plan, curate and execute Marketing and Advertising materials as well as Digital Marketing Campaigns to reach out to various audiences through WSG’s platforms.
- Develop an engagement strategy to build relationships with partners, TACs to outreach and promote WSG’s programmes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to organize events and develop marketing strategies and messages to promote awareness, understanding and adoption of WSG’s schemes and programmes.
- Establish and drive marketing analytics to measure and track campaign effectiveness and results.
- Provide strategic inputs, edit or write content for print and digital, that can effectively convey WSG’s schemes and programmes while ensuring that brand guidelines e.g. use of corporate logos and templates are adhered to.
- Collate and distil success stories into compelling stories for various marketing angles.
- Manage the communications budget and appointed vendors.
- Manage Programmes as well as ad-hoc projects that help to promote WSG’s initiatives to Enterprises.
- Support the Team Lead in developing the strategic marketing plans, including working with WSG’s industry divisions to roll out marcomms efforts at a sectoral level.
***Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or business related.
**Knowledge/Skills**:
- Excellent written, powerpoint and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding and familiarity with above-the-line, below-the-line and digital channels
- Some knowledge in publication software and design is preferred
**Abilities/Aptitudes**:
- Able to develop a concrete marketing strategy and put together complex information from different sources for clear and user-centric content
- Excellent time management and discipline in meeting deadlines
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others, build networks and manage conflicts
- Passion for communications and an understanding of what makes good, compelling marketing communications campaign
- Curious, tenacious and adaptable
