Role Overview

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily floor operations, ensure excellence in service standards, and lead the service team to deliver an elevated dining experience aligned with fine dining expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support service team to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold service standards expected of fine dining/Michelin-level restaurants
  • Deliver warm, attentive, and highly personalized guest service
  • Lead pre-service briefings, assign responsibilities, and manage team performance
  • Ensure precision in order-taking, food and beverage service, and wine presentation
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
  • Conduct checks on mise-en-place, cleanliness, and service readiness
  • Support training and mentoring of junior staff to achieve consistent excellence
  • Lead by example in grooming, professionalism, and guest engagement

What We're Looking For

Nationality: Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) only

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/service role within fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants

Hospitality Background: Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations, refined service standards, and wine/food pairing knowledge

Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a high-performance team

Communication: Fluent in English, confident with guest interaction

Mindset: Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

Flexibility: Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality, gastronomy, and creating memorable experiences
