Job Description

Pre-Service Scholarship and Internship admin support

  • Support undergraduate scholarship schemes, including arrangement for scholarship assessment interviews, preparation of scholarship appointment letters, processing of scholars' maintenance allowances, tuition fees and claims on a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support end to end process for internships from hiring, onboarding, payment and exit.

Training administration

  • Manage learning administration for training courses including milestone, onboarding and in-service sponsorship programmes.
  • Process training invoices in an accurate and timely manner.

Employee Well-being

  • Support the team in planning and execution of well-being programmes.
  • Liaise with internal or external stakeholders to coordinate the conduct of the programmes including venue booking/preparation, registration and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure timely processing of payment to vendors for services rendered and proper accounting records of transactions.

Others

  • Support business partner for officers who are on secondment, including filing of documents in officer's e-pfile.
  • Assist with the scheduling of meetings such as performance ranking sessions.

Job Requirement

  • Experience in training/recruitment support and/or events management would be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, working well in a team with strong stakeholders' management skills
  • Able to work well under fast-paced environment
