Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales targets and implement strategies to deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform strategy.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to management.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Expand new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record in high-level selling and closing key deals.
- Strong communication, customer management, and leadership skills.
- Sales-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings (Class 3 driving licence).
