Our client, a leading manufacturing and packaging solutions company, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales growth, account management, and business development. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the company's overall commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts and execute sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new market opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Work closely with senior management to implement sales strategies, track KPIs, and contribute to business planning.
  • Follow up on long-term projects to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and market feedback to inform strategy and operational decisions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in key account management or sales roles, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or technical solutions sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously while supporting overall sales objectives.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally for customer visits, trade shows, or project support.
  • Technical or engineering knowledge is advantageous.
