Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Modern Trade accounts (supermarkets, hypermarkets, key retailers)
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with buyers and store/category managers
- Negotiate listings, margins, shelf space, and promotional activities with modern trade partners
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and visibility initiatives
- Coordinate with supply chain and internal teams to ensure smooth replenishment and stock availability
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and propose actionable improvements
- Gather market insights on competitor pricing and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales within Modern Trade or FMCG/Retail industry
- Strong knowledge of account management and trade marketing
- Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
