Your role :
- Coordinating with project manager, suppliers, and internal departments to support operational needs.
- Preparing and submitting operational daily reports as required. Preparation of Summary of Work and Invoices.
- Responding promptly to operational issues and resolving them effectively.
- Supporting management in planning and execution of projects and operational strategies.
- The Company reserves the right to reasonably vary, amend, or assign additional duties within your scope of expertise from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE & GCE 'N'/'O' level or equivalent·
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Word·
- Good interpersonal and communication skills·
- Able to work independently·
- Applicants without experience may apply.
- Working location in Kranji
- 5.5 days week
