Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and inventory tracking
- Manage communication with parents via phone, email, and written notices
- Assist with programme coordination, scheduling, and logistical support
2. HR Support
- Support recruitment processes: scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining HR documentation
- Manage staff records, track leave and timesheets, and support training coordination
- Assist in organising internal staff briefings and team communications
3. Operational Support & Relief Duties
- Provide classroom support during staff absences or busy periods
- Assist educators in managing routines and ensuring student safety
- Help coordinate logistics for events, liaise with vendors, and carry out general operational tasks
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; a relevant diploma is an advantage
- Experience in administrative roles or the early childhood/education sector is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and external stakeholders
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Office
Salary Range: $2.4K - $2.7K
