About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Operation Assistant to join our dynamic team at Rainbow Drone Services Pte Ltd in the Woodlands West North Region. As an Operation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our drone services business, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative and logistical support to the operations team
  2. Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of drone equipment and accessories
  3. Coordinating the scheduling and dispatch of drone operators to job sites
  4. Communicating with clients to provide updates on job status and address any queries or concerns
  5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to jobs and customer interactions
  6. Identifying and reporting any issues or areas for improvement in the operations process
  7. Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business
