Job Responsibilities
- Develop the dedicated cluster business by building up customer relationship through visitation, value-added services & solutions to maintain existing customers and increase sales and profit contributions.
- Develop new potential customers for dedicated business cluster.
- Work collaboratively within the cluster in achieving the sales and profitability target as set by management.
- Provide timely response, technical solutions and exceeding customer expectations so as to ensure optimal service level.
- Sustain cordial working relationship with business partners to achieve principal supports and be the trusted preferred partner.
- Work collaboratively with business partner to develop and execute marketing programs to achieve brand partner's KPIs.
- Provide market intelligent related to competitor information, industry trends and market outlook.
- Monitor and control the credit term and limit for the customers.
- Close the sales and ensuring collectability of debts.
Job Requirements
- Singaporeans and Malaysians are welcome to apply.
- Engineering Knowledge is required, preferably in Electrical Engineering/Data Centre.
- Good communication skills, fluent in both spoken English.
- Formal education in Engineering.
- Use of office applications software.
- Strong Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, positive attitude and teamwork.
- Entry-level candidates with positive learning attitude are welcome to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Valid Class 3/3C driving license is a plus.
