Benefits Summary
- This is a full-time permanent role

- Basic Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Commissions + Variable Bonuses
- Work location: Jurong West
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-6pm
Our Client
The company is a leading local processor and distributor of chilled and frozen pork products, supplying to supermarkets, restaurants, caterers, and wet markets. The company operates from a certified facility with a strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, and is committed to reliable service and long-term growth in the food supply industry.
They are currently looking for a Sales Executive to manage and grow key accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver practical solutions that drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities through prospecting and deal closure
- Market Insights: Monitor trends and customer needs to guide strategy
- Sales & Marketing: Execute plans to meet revenue goals
- Negotiation: Manage contracts and secure favorable terms with partners
- Relationship Management: Build strong ties with clients, vendors, and industry partners
- Financial Oversight: Handle budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability
- Operations Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans
Requirements
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in commodity sales or trading
- Able to interpret data, identify trends, and take effective action
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Focused on achieving goals like sales growth and customer satisfaction
