Requirement:

Education & Background

· Minimum diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).

· Proven experience in industrial sales (1–3 years minimum, depending on the level).

· Automated Storage System or ASRS knowledge can be a plus.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Negotiation and persuasion skills.

· Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Good time management and organizational abilities.

Personal Attributes

· Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

· Self-motivated and proactive.

· Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.

Other Requirements

· Willingness for oversea travel (very minimum)

Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

· Identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

· Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations.

Customer Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

· Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations promptly.

· Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Process Execution

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.

· Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems.

Market & Product Knowledge

· Stay updated on product features, benefits, and market trends.

· Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team.

Reporting & Collaboration

· Provide regular sales reports to management.

· Work closely with marketing, customer support, and technical teams to align efforts.
