Job Order:
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company's sales targets and growth.
- Develop, negotiate and execute customized marketing and promotion strategies to meet client needs and achieve revenue objectives.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
- Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present forecasts to management.
- Analyse data and prepare relevant reports for management decision making.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food sales industry.
- Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
- Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making and persuade others.
- Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.
- Positive, motivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently, effectively managing time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
