Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for VVIP, VIP, and CIP patients, providing end-to-end, high-touch concierge service.
  • Coordinate and facilitate medical appointments, procedures, admissions, and follow-ups in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Anticipate client needs and preferences to ensure care and service meet the highest standards.
  • Manage logistics such as scheduling, transportation, documentation, and real-time communication with clients or their representatives.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Respond promptly to PLC email and phone inquiries, including GP referrals.
  • Assist clients with cost estimates, billing enquiries, insurance coordination, and payment processes.
  • Maintain close communication with referring General Practitioners (GPs), providing updates on patient outcomes and care pathways.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and service excellence in handling high-profile clients.
