As Associate Executive - Communications, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handle procurement of services and supplies, including sourcing requests, preparation of e-Purchase Requisitions based on provided specifications, and processing of invoices.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation, organise shared drive housekeeping, and manage office equipment records, asset tagging, and disposal.
  • Manage calendars, schedule, and coordinate meetings for section heads and the department.
  • Support corporate identity initiatives such as reviewing name card applications, managing corporate gift inventories, sourcing corporate collaterals and kits, and handling end-user gift requests.
  • Assist in on-site projects, including updating and maintaining content for communication platforms (e.g. lift posters, TV screens), overseeing maintenance of related equipment, and coordinating installation works and permits (may require after-office supervision).
  • Support the volunteers' programme, including processing applications, preparing nametags, coordinating with volunteers, and providing administrative and logistics support for volunteer events.
  • Provide logistics and coordination support for corporate visits and events.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative and/or project management duties.
