
Manager, Client Services

As a dedicated Client Services Manager, you will excel in fostering strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving retention for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned portfolios (corporate clients, partners and insurers).
- Play the pivotal role in building a strong and sustainable business relationship with insurers and brokers as the key business partners to support our corporate solutions business segment on client retention.
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery and project execution across internal departments.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or solutions; or support the business development team on upselling/cross selling.
- Lead new clients onboarding implementation, including preparing and providing user guide, training materials, provide support on employees' communication session as required.
- Other administrative tasks including but not limited to member card preparation, documentation, filing etc.
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups where required.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in relevant industry and role
- Candidates with prior experience with healthcare insurance provider will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Passion for customer service and a good team player
- Build high performance teams that can integrate with each other
- Create a team environment that cultivates service excellence
- Establish methods for measuring TPA effectiveness and efficiency
- Drive change initiatives that improve business processes
