Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job advertisements, resume screening, and interview arrangements

  • Prepare employment contracts along with new joiner logistics and documentation
  • Support onboarding activities, such as orientation and induction manuals
  • Employee Engagement

  • Support in planning and execution of employee welfare activities and company events, such as team-building and company-wide festive celebrations

  • Performance Management

  • Assist with the administrative portion of performance management, mainly appraisal cycle

  • HR Operations and administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR system and personnel files

  • Keep track of employee leave records and staff claims to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with the preparation of employee-related letters and documentation
  • Assist with work pass applications and renewals to ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including covering office reception duties whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience:

  • 1 year of work experience, internship experience is counted

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team, with a positive attitude toward learning
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment legislations is an advantage
