Human Resource Executive

Co-ordinate and partner with MOHH-HMD on the on-boarding of the foreign staff and dormitory management (together with Operations and Nursing teams).
- Support Centre Managers and department managers on HR matters including staff issues pertaining to confirmation, performance management, grievance or exit management.
- Manage the day-to-day operations including maintaining the data integrity of employees’ records on HRIS- NHelp/ ILTC/ etc, verifying and approving claims, / leave submitted by employees, processing payroll related items for payroll run, medical check-up, renewal of passes, etc.
- Coordinate HR communications such as Welcome message, Orientation, Quarterly Employees Communication session, etc as well as broadcasts from VHPL HQ.
Educational and other erequirements
- Degree in Business / Business Administration / Business Management or other
- Prior HR Generalist experience particularly with Nursing Home/ Government set-up preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills particularly in dealing with employees matters
- Meticulous and possess an eye for details.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in in job fairs and various WSGs’ schemes, and managing foreign workers is an added advantage
At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in Finance or Business office role, preferably within a nursing home/healthcare facility.
- This is a one year contract position. Convertible to permanent role if performance is satisfactory.
- Can start work immediately is an advantage
