Responsibilities

  • Maintain high level of kitchen hygiene and food quality
  • Prepare authentic Japanese dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain food quality and freshness
  • Work closely with management to develop and enhance food menu
  • Development and compliance of SOP's for operational consistency in the kitchen
  • Other ad hoc task assigned by management

Requirement

  • At least 2 year Japanese cuisine experience
  • Preferably with sashimi experience
  • Good communication skills and able to work in a busy environment
  • Passion in Japanese Cuisine
  • Team Player
