Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager who is highly meticulous, responsible, and skilled at managing tasks and people. This role requires excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to coordinate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams. Based in Singapore, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and project success across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day project and operational activities.
  • Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution across teams.
  • Supervise and support staff, fostering accountability and high performance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and project records with accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external, in clear English (written and spoken).
  • Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.
  • Uphold high standards of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations, coordination, or project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills—both reading/writing and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Based in Singapore (or eligible to work in Singapore).
