Team Lead Accounts (Brokerage Services / Central)

  • Location: Central (walking distance from MRT)
  • Basic salary: $5000 - $6000
  • 5 Days Work Week

Job Scope:

  • Act as functional lead for the assigned area, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and functional guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ensure daily workflows are executed in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Review and approve third-party transactions (receipts or payments).
  • Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders, trading representatives, and external counterparties.
  • Review exception and monitoring reports.
  • Prepare and review management and regulatory reports for senior management.
  • Support queries raised by Compliance, Auditors, and other control functions.
  • Partner with other sections within Finance and other departments to resolve issues and strengthen end-to-end workflows.
  • Drive continuous process and system improvements, including automation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk policies, and audit/regulatory requirements.

Job Requirement:

  • At least Degree in Finance or equivalent field.
  • Proven work experience as a Finance in securities, banking and financial institution.
