Responsibilities:

  • Lead the AR team by overseeing day-to-day collections, reviewing account statements, and monitoring team performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to track performance and support process improvements within the AR function.
  • Train, mentor, and manage staff by setting KPIs, providing feedback, and fostering professional development.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in AR / Collections.
  • Supervisory experience of at least 2 years is a must.
