- Location : East – Ubi (Near MRT)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Prepare, format, and maintain all project documentation, including reports, purchase orders, progress claims, and meeting minutes, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project timelines and milestones. Act as a liaison between internal departments (accounts, HR, procurement) and external parties (clients, vendors).
- Procurement Support: Aid in the procurement process by preparing requisitions, liaising with vendors, and tracking material deliveries.
- Administrative & HR Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry. Assist with site staff timesheets, logistics, and manpower reporting.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate records for permits, licenses, and safety documentation to ensure project and company compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Nitec with at least one year of relevant working experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can speak mandarin.
