What you'll be doing?- Manage finances: Handle daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance: Assist with payroll, tax filings, and adherence to Malaysian regulations, keeping the company on track.
- Organize documentation: Maintain company records, contracts, and administrative documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with stakeholders: Coordinate effectively with banks, auditors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Create technical drawings: Prepare and update 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for projects, supporting architectural, interior, or engineering layouts.
- Adapt to project needs: Modify drawings based on project updates and client feedback, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, Engineering, or a related field that equips you with relevant skills for this multifaceted role.
- Technical proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD (2D/3D), with knowledge of Revit/SketchUp considered a plus to enhance your contribution to technical tasks.
- Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting/admin OR drafting. Candidates with combined skills are strongly preferred, but we welcome applications from those specializing in either area.
- Software savvy: Familiar with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or QuickBooks to efficiently manage financial tasks.
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow in both financial and technical aspects of the role, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
