Senior Business Development Executive

We are a leading recruitment and manpower solutions firm, dedicated to connecting businesses with the right talent and empowering individuals with meaningful career opportunities. As part of our continued growth in Singapore, we are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business opportunities by identifying, developing, and securing new client accounts across various industries.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative sales and a deep understanding of recruitment needs.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to develop effective business strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
- Minimum 3–5 years' proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment or HR solutions industry.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High drive for results with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Singapore's manpower market and labour regulations will be an added advantage
