Key Responsibilities- Drive new business opportunities by identifying, developing, and securing new client accounts across various industries.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative sales and a deep understanding of recruitment needs.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to develop effective business strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
- Minimum 3–5 years' proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment or HR solutions industry.
