**Key Responsibilities**

Business Development
- Assist in the development and execution of growth strategies and business plans
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to small and large groups
- Track sales performance and report KPIs to senior management

Course Management
- Coordinate scheduling, planning, and execution of courses
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors and partners on course dates and materials
- Monitor learner engagement, collect feedback, and implement improvements
- Oversee course registration, certification, and reporting processes
- Escalate and resolve issues on government funding submissions
- Conduct sales and administrative presentations during course runs
- Streamline administrative workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Resolve operational issues and serve as a point of escalation for internal matters

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in:

- Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communications/ or a related field

Professional Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is often preferred.

Key Skills
- Confident presentation and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and tools
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects
- Tech & Software Proficiency
- MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
