We are looking for a keen team player who is energetic, adaptable, and able to provide support to the team responsively. Our program is strategically implemented to give participants the best hands-on training experience and knowledge. You will work alongside experienced senior executives and managers, learning techniques and gaining the knowledge required through coaching and mentoring that will enable you to advance to management positions within our Company.

**What You Will Be Doing**

As a Management Associate, you would be attached to a core team (eg: Marketing/Operations) to be fully immersed in the day-to-day operations behind running Boxgreen's snack & beverage programme. You will report to the team lead, and support the team as required. While gaining operational knowledge, you will also be exposed more widely across different functions including Sales, Product Development, Business Analytics through immersions and involvement in strategic projects.

**Criteria of a Successful Management Associate**
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- Have demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Resourceful & able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- A creative problem-solver who can think on their feet and make decisions quickly
- Detail-oriented, reliable, trustworthy and tactful
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
