Responsibilities:

  • Act as subject matter expert in cybersecurity and network performance solutions (network, endpoint, data, and cloud security).
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demos, workshops, training, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Support sales and channel partners by understanding customer needs, proposing solutions, and preparing RFI/RFP responses.
  • Build strong customer/partner relationships, assist with onboarding, and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, technical support, and vendor partners to align on product roadmaps, certifications, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3–5 years of product presales experience in cybersecurity and/or network performance solutions
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., firewalls, EDR, NDR, DLP) and networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow, SD-WAN)
  • Professional certifications in cybersecurity or networking (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CCSM, CCNP, CCIE) are an advantage
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or managed services industry is a plus
