About the role
We are seeking a talented Channel Account Executive / Manager to join our dynamic sales team at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.'. This full-time position will be based in the Kallang Central Region. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth within our extensive channel partner network, playing a crucial part in the overall success of our Retail & Consumer Products business.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively manage and develop relationships with our network of channel partners to drive sales and achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and pitch our products and services to prospective partners
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our existing channel partners
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Participate in the development and execution of channel marketing campaigns
- Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and other key metrics
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar channel sales or account management role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of channel partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market insights into effective sales strategies
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure and optimise sales performance
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
