Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve service sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide technical consultation and propose service solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments as required.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • Knowledge in ACMV, M&E, Smoke Control System, or Fire Alarm System will be an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in service sales or technical sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
