Office Administration
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and distribute them appropriately.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure smooth operation of administrative functions.
HR & Staff Support
Assist in staff onboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant information and records.
- Coordinate with employees on HR and welfare matters as required.
Finance & Reporting Support
Assist in preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims.
- Work with the accounts department to ensure timely submission of financial documents.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and administrative reports.
Compliance & Company Interest
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Safeguard confidential information and act in the best interest of the Company at all times.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level with relevant administrative experience.
- Prior experience in automotive, retail, or service industries is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with ERP/CRM systems.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
