Operations Manager – Popeyes Singapore

As the Operations Manager at Popeyes Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand presence and driving impactful operational and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the Group's overall objectives.
  • Outlet Management: Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring strict adherence to brand operating standards.
  • Leadership: Provide operational guidance and leadership to outlet managers, setting clear standards and objectives to achieve excellence in productivity, efficiency, and food safety.
  • Product Development: Plan, develop, and launch new product offerings on a monthly basis.
  • Talent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and build a high-performing team capable of delivering operational excellence.
  • Financial Performance: Drive sales growth while managing operating expenses to ensure profitability across all outlets.
  • Budgeting: Collaborate with Group Finance to prepare the annual budget and set outlet targets.
  • New Store Openings: Lead and manage all aspects of new store openings, including fit-out timelines, manpower planning, marketing, and procurement.
  • Payroll & Claims: Review outlets' payroll and claims prior to processing for payout.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or Operations Manager in a food & beverage establishment.
  • QSR (quick service restaurant) / fast food experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Resourceful, independent, and effective problem-solver with the ability to deliver results efficiently.
