About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Operation Manager to join our team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY' in the West Region of Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our busy cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient business operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all aspects of cafe operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial reporting
  • Driving sales and profitability by implementing effective marketing strategies and managing budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment for the cafe team
  • Identifying and addressing operational issues to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Liaising with suppliers and maintaining strong vendor relationships
  • Supporting the overall business strategy and growth initiatives of the company

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar cafe or restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and operations planning
  • Familiarity with the Hospitality and Tourism industry, including food and beverage trends
  • Passionate about creating a positive and engaging customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
