About the role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Time Barista to join our team at Commune Cafe & Bistro Pte. Ltd., located at Millenia Walk. As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and providing an outstanding customer experience to our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing a range of specialty coffee and other beverages according to our recipe and standards
- Providing friendly, attentive and knowledgeable customer service
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised workspace
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Cleaning duties
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of the cafe
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a barista or cafe/coffee shop staff, preferably in a specialty coffee environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee, brewing methods and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Good at communiaction and team work
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a busy cafe environment
