About Us

ASK Coffee Roastery is a Roastery + Cafe that offers an all-in-one experience for coffee lovers. We roast our own beans, serve specialty coffee in our cafe, and provide a curated selection of coffee machines and brewing accessories. We're passionate about delivering great coffee and creating a welcoming space for our community.

Job Responsibilities

As a Barista at ASK Coffee Roastery, you will:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and coffee beverages
  • Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service
  • Educate customers on our coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating areas
  • Operate and care for coffee equipment, including grinders and espresso machines
  • Support the team with daily tasks such as opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning
  • Assist with the sale and demonstration of coffee machines and brewing tools
  • Uphold our brand standards for quality, presentation, and hospitality
  • Stay informed about our products and ongoing promotions

Qualifications

  • Previous barista or specialty coffee experience preferred
  • Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about roasting and brewing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and consistency
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Familiarity with coffee equipment and interest in coffee technology is a plus
