*About the Role*

We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Owner–Barista to lead and operate our TOMORO COFFEE outlet at Club Street. This role combines café management and coffee craftsmanship — perfect for someone who loves the art of coffee and the challenge of turning a new cafe to a profitable store.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Lead daily café operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and store upkeep
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to TOMORO standards
  • Manage cost control — monitor sales, wastage, and inventory
  • Drive store performance to meet sales and profit targets
  • Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Work closely with HQ for marketing and supply coordination

*Requirements*

  • Minimum 2 years café or F&B management experience
  • Skilled in barista techniques and customer service
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — accountable for results and growth
