Pictureworks is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in providing AI-powered digital imaging solutions customized for theme parks, attractions, and the tourism industry. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial and collaborative person to lead Pictureworks operation in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing imaging revenue and achieve revenue targets
  • Implementing business development and sales strategies, and to maximize the potential of existing client networks
  • Responsible for planning and sourcing new business opportunity.
  • Monitoring ongoing trends in marketing and the industry to support development of long-term account plans
  • Talent planning of the team to support the long term development of the company
  • Main point of contact with external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Matriculated or above, tertiary education is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in the field of imaging/ Trip site / hospitality with at least 3 years at the manager level
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and time management
  • Excellent Leadership qualities, aggressive, ambitious, self-motivated and independent
  • Positive working attitude, enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in data analysis, experience user of PC and office software
  • Preferable candidate from Singapore or Malaysia, other regions are also welcomed with excellent qualifications.
