Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Enquiry Support (WhatsApp) staff who can assist with incoming messages from customers interested in selling their pre-loved luxury items to EcoRing.

You will be the first point of contact, providing clear guidance on our selling process while ensuring a smooth and professional experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers in submitting item details and photos for evaluation.
  • Provide information on EcoRing's selling process and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the valuation/purchasing team as needed.
  • Maintain accurate communication records.

Requirements
  • Intermediate Japanese proficiency (JLPT N4 or higher) – required for liaising with Japanese-speaking staff.
  • Good written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Customer-oriented, patient, and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic office software.
  • Interest in luxury goods (bags, watches, jewelry) is an advantage.
  • Prior customer service experience is a bonus but not required.
