Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Enquiry Support (WhatsApp) staff who can assist with incoming messages from customers interested in selling their pre-loved luxury items to EcoRing.
You will be the first point of contact, providing clear guidance on our selling process while ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in submitting item details and photos for evaluation.
- Provide information on EcoRing's selling process and requirements.
- Coordinate with the valuation/purchasing team as needed.
- Maintain accurate communication records.
Requirements
- Intermediate Japanese proficiency (JLPT N4 or higher) – required for liaising with Japanese-speaking staff.
- Good written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Customer-oriented, patient, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic office software.
- Interest in luxury goods (bags, watches, jewelry) is an advantage.
- Prior customer service experience is a bonus but not required.
