Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Business Development to join our Singapore team and to support our business development initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in international markets. You will work directly under the supervision of the Head of Business Development (SEA) and collaborate with our APAC and global teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and engaging potential clients while supporting the development of the local business ecosystem in Singapore and Southeast Asia
  • Support the SEA Business Development team under the supervision of the Head of Business Development
  • Managing and expand the existing client and partner network, and contribute to prospecting strategies
  • Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to build exposure and connections.
  • Contribute to achieving sales objectives set by the Head of Business Development
  • Maintain proactive communication and assist in delivering high-quality interactions with clients and partners
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Represent the company in community initiatives, professional associations, and industry partnerships to enhance brand reputation
  • Work closely with the group APAC, and global subsidiaries and contribute to the overall strategy for the region.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in business development, sales, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and Team player with a hands-on attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (for regional communication)
