What You'll Do
- Lead and drive business development strategies to expand company growth
- Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with corporate clients, distributors, and wellness partners
- Develop proposals and pitch presentations that influence key stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior business development executives to achieve team targets
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to propose long-term growth strategies
- Work directly with management on expansion plans, market entry, and client retention strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven senior-level experience in business development, corporate sales, or partnerships
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with influence at decision-maker level
- Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and a results-driven approach
- Passion for wellness, skincare, or aromatherapy is a strong advantage
